Each Fresca Café is tailored to the locale and building, offering a location-specific design, chef-created fare & various purchasable items that elevate the daily work experience and environment for building tenants.
The Supply Room Grab & Go
In addition, the store works on an honor system through a customized kiosk that allows customers to find a cold beverage, needed OTC medicine, or a last-minute greeting card for an upcoming seasonal holiday.
Office Catering and Conference Dining
Fresca offers a variety of catering menus for your in-office needs. We can offer a quick turn-around time for breakfast or lunch catering and take on your holiday party or executive dinner.

Private Catering
Have an office or off-site catering need that requires a special touch? We are fully staffed with bartenders, serving staff and our fantastic chefs. Our Story
Rethinking Corporate Dining
The Fresca Corporate Restaurant & Café is a new concept for corporate dining designed by Chef Mark McLean of Remarkable Cuisine. We combine a fully functional kitchen producing from-scratch food with a smart ordering system for the ease of its guests. The eating spaces are welcoming restaurants and cafés meant to be a stark reversal from the previously mundane, industrial type ‘cafeteria’. Instead, the Fresca brand puts thought into creating a space that looks appealing and feels inspiring for the customer.

Remarkable Cuisine’s portfolio ranges from smaller, intimate dinners to larger grandiose catered events of 100+ people. With this experience, Remarkable Cuisine brings a certain knowledge of “solving food problems”.
No kitchen? No problem. No flame allowed? Not an issue.
The custom designed menus for every event allows the capabilities of the venue to be considered in what will be served. This expertise is alive within the Fresca Cafes allowing us to solve “any culinary conundrum” at your corporate building.
